controlled workflow that provides a
way to create an enforceable
business process as a “script”.

The Script is “smart” in that it guides
the user through the business
process by presenting questions then
automatically executing decision logic
to lead the user through the script,
depending on the responses given.

participated in implementation,
integration, enhancement release, and
