The Legends Invitational

Our mission is to create a unique experience for all our participants. Coined
more as a “Happening” than your run-of-the-mill golf tournament, the four-day
Legends Invitational Golf Tournament takes place annually at the prestigious
Pebble Beach Resorts – the distinguished host of the 2010 US Open. “Celebrity
Captains”, NFL Greats or other Sports Legends, join with corporate executives,
doctors, lawyers, or entrepreneurs to make a five-man team. For our players
that equates to three days of premiere golf at Pebble Beach, Spanish Bay and
Spyglass Hill.
The tournament offers something for everyone – wives and guests not playing Don Shula, Pro Football Hall of Fame
golf are able to enjoy all the amenities of Pebble Beach Resorts and the sur-
rounding areas. A day at the unrivaled Spa at Pebble Beach, horseback riding in
Carmel Valley, a trip to Big Sur, sights of Fisherman’s Wharf in old Monterey or
every woman’s favorite: shopping in the quaint village of Carmel.
Included in the Tournament are three nights of gourmet dining, one of which
is a Gala Entertainment Night. During these evening soirees we honor one of our
Celebrity Sport Captains for their outstanding career and lifetime achievements,
as well as give a college scholarship fund to a Boys and Girl’s Club recipient. The
Legends Invitational is proud to support the Boys and Girls Club of Monterey
County, gifting them a $50,000 donation from our 20th Anniversary event.
