Teachers and students at Watershed conducted various science experiments and activities at different sites along the stream. They used kick nets to collect critters, identified specimens, measured stream velocity in different ways, learned how to use a D.O. meter, tested pH levels, and determined water turbidity. It was an educational day of hands-on learning outdoors.
