Тема 1. Общетеоретическая концепция курса
В основе советской политической системы лежал сложный институциональный порядок, приобретший за десятилетия достаточную степень устойчивости и воспроизводства.
Распад СССР как государственного образования означал трансформацию этого порядка, но не его полное разрушение.
Институты – комплекс относительно устойчивых практик и моделей поведения, способных играть роль независимой переменной в процессе социальных взаимодействий
(традиция нового институционализма Марча и Ольсена)
Тема 2. Экономический кризис в СССР
Перестройка как попытка выхода из экономического тупика.
Бюджетная политика и экономическая ситуация.

The program exposes company executives to emerging technologies through presentations and teaches methods for leveraging crowdsourcing and incentive competitions to drive innovation. Participants work to develop concepts for prizes and tools their companies can use to solve problems more quickly and at lower cost. The goal is for companies to return with new approaches to drive breakthroughs.

Проанализировано влияние социальной рекламы на иерархию ценностей молодежи, на формирование ее этнической и гражданской идентичности и определен потенциал социальной рекламы в профилактике ксенофобии и формировании толерантных установок молодежи Юга России.
