Financial Condition of the County 2011

The Committee also recommended proceeding with planned road and infrastructure projects using available funds while deferring new borrowing until FY2012. Implementing these recommendations would reduce FY2012 debt and interest costs and the overall capital spending proportion of the FY2012 budget.
