Prudential Fox & Roach had the largest market share of residential real estate sales in the Philadelphia area from March 2009 to February 2010, with almost a quarter of the market. They sold over 1,500 properties worth nearly $476 million, totaling over $948 million for over 3,000 transactions. Coldwell Banker Preferred had the second largest market share, selling over 650 properties worth over $160 million. The top 10 brokers accounted for about half of the real estate transactions in the area.
