Introduction What isBioChip ? 生物晶片是泛指採用半導體策略於生物性分析所產生的微小化裝置,也就是將傳統大型的分析、檢驗等器具,予以微小化、積體化以及平行多工化。生物晶片通常以矽晶片、玻璃或高分子為基質,以微小化技術整合生物有機分子 ( 如核酸或蛋白質 ) 為生化探針,用來檢測或分析生物性分子。生物晶片的體積小、反應快速並且能夠平行分析大量生物資訊,因此適用於生化處理、分析、檢驗、新藥開發及環境監測等用途上。
