This document summarizes the results of an online student satisfaction survey conducted at Central Lakes College (CLC) in 2007. Some key findings include: 1. Strengths identified were the reliability of the online delivery platform (D2L), convenient registration for online courses, and useful information available on the CLC website. 2. Challenges included the quality of online instruction, responsiveness of faculty, adequate financial aid availability, and timely service from the bookstore. 3. Recommendations were made to celebrate strengths, address challenges through initiatives and focus groups, and communicate actions back to students.
