Aaron Bagsby's performance during 2002 was good. He met all but one of his objectives, which was missed primarily due to changes in product mix and scheduling. Aaron is a good coach who is able to get things done through his staff. Turnover on his shift was much less in 2002, likely due to Aaron's improved ability to judge candidate skills. Aaron understands what is required and can help meet customer requirements. He was able to work through production order and scheduling changes with few problems and has improved his ability to cope with frustrations and work within the system.
