David Poku and Feras Jowaniyah have been working with Billy and Cemil Yurdal Parlar to finalize an agreement where 2Telcom will interconnect with Vodafone's network via Broad Spectrum's infrastructure to terminate international calls. They have agreed to terms including traffic capacity, rates, payment timelines, responsibilities of each party, and a 12-month initial contract period with a review after 9 months. Cemil has provided a draft summary of the agreement details for David and Feras to review and finalize the prepayment to Vodafone by the 21st of March.
