which we reached as CYPRONETWORK FZE – 2 TELCOM LLC ( IB1 ) consortiums and Broad Spectrum ( IS1 )
- Broad Spectrum agree to allow CYPRONETWORK – 2TELCOM ( IBB ) to interconnect via IP to Vodafone network over
Broad Spectrum ( ISS ) infrastructure to terminate international calls under the following terms / conditions and the rates and
financial model.
IB1 will agree to send traffic to Broad Spectrum with %70 Vodafone traffic total capacity of 6 E1 with rate of $0.155 and
cost of $0.15c and pay to 0.005 to David Poku ( Max Minutes = 1.300.000)

- 2. IB1 will agreeto replenish prepayment when the consumption hits %80 of the total prepayment. I AGREED TO THIS MODEL IB1 will do prepayment with Vodafone direct as an Escrow deal and Banks will be the corresponded service partner. I AGREED TO THE MODEL WHERE VODAFONE RECEIVES THE PREPAYMENT BY THE 21ST march 2012 IS1 will send invoice every 7 days to IB1 and IB1 will send payment in 3 Days if there is no dispute on the service minutes. i agreed to this model as it makes the deal transparent and all parties comfortable IS1 will provide marketing material with legal approval from Vodafone to IB1 to able to use for organic traffic service agreement. IS1 will renegotiate with Vodafone for Outbound traffic through IB1 for Offset service agreement. Agreed on this model IS1 will renegotiate with MTN – Airtel and neighbor countries for transit networks direct interconnection to bring more benefit. will work on the other interconnects once operations begin IS1 will be responsible of the infrastructure and IB1 will be responsible of all financial , marketing and sales activities. i agreed on this model IS1 agreed that IS1 will not do any marketing and sales activities on the mutual agreement concept and will carry current customer to IB1. i agreed on this model to limit our exposure This agreement will be 12 months and will be review again after 9 months. i agreed to work with this model and with the hope we could also discuss equity partnership after 45 days IB1 confirm that first prepayment ( last payment of service ) will be finish after the contract finalization on this week late by on Thursday (22/March/2012 ) COULD WE MAKE THE PREPAYMENT TO VODAFONE BY WED 21ST Hope my draft details have covered all the agreed points.
