Sorry for the delay in update. I was on working tirelessly to resolve it.
The problem at hand (after troubleshooting by both parties) is the TDM link to vodafone which via microwave. Vodafone in a bid to set
up a new data center caused this unfortunate incident. They have since issued a TT to that effect. It is beyond me now. I can only
push them to get it done ASAP.
Will keep u posted on progress. It however very evident that the problem might push till Monday.
I will do my best as required.
