Good thinking Nancy. Take a look at this.
"Tutors (i.e. teachers, trainers, subject matter experts, etc.) and Knowledge-Seekers
prefer a user-friendly web-portal to identify their ‘expertise/needs-match’ to exchange
knowledge in an environment that renders increased efficiency, better accessibility,
and more flexibility, with much larger choices from participants whereby Tutors avail
opportunities to disseminate knowledge to globally dispersed Knowledge-Seekers
and Knowledge-Seekers engage desired Tutor(s) of their choice.”
Advantages and benefits of ‘open market model’ with economies of scale, global
reach, more revenue generating opportunities for Tutors, greater possibility for
Knowledge-Seekers to reach the best or select a cost-effective optimal option. A Win-
Win model for all participants is envisaged.

I agree Nancy. This is further modified as below. The focus has now shifted to Tutors’
preference which is correct. Good tutors will attract more students.
"Tutors (i.e. teachers, educators, subject matter experts, etc.) prefer a user-friendly
web-portal to reach Knowledge-Seekers across the globe and conduct teaching
services with relative ease, at lesser cost, to a bigger audience, with possibly larger
volume of revenue streams, increased efficiency, better accessibility, and more
flexibility."
This leads us to ask Tutors:
Would you prefer to use a web-portal to reach Knowledge-Seekers across the globe
and conduct teaching services with relative ease, at lesser cost, to a bigger audience,
with possibly larger volume of revenue streams, increased efficiency, better
accessibility, and more flexibility. YES or NO.
Please comment. Thanks.

web-portal medium being the client’s preference, rather than that it being more
efficient than the conventional means of exchange. Also thought we might want to
add that the value prop is not only in its efficiency, but in the greater flexibility it
grands, as well as increased accessibility to a wider network of instructors.)
"Both Knowledge-Seekers and Tutors (i.e. teachers, educators, subject matter
experts, etc.) would prefer a user-friendly web-portal to arrange and conduct tutoring
services, given the greater efficiency, flexibility and accessibility such a medium
would promote." NP
3. Revised: Monday, May 15, 2012
(Minor change, just to avoid any confusion due to two statements.)
"A user-friendly web-portal for Knowledge-Seekers to identify and select matching
Subject Offerings from Tutors (i.e. teachers, educators, professors, trainers,
instructors, Subject Matter Experts, etc.) would substantially augment efficiency in
global knowledge exchange." NQ
2. Revised: Monday, May 15, 2012
"A user-friendly web-portal is in Demand by Knowledge-Seekers to identify and
select matching Subject Offerings from Tutors (i.e. teachers, educators, professors,
trainers, instructors, Subject Matter Experts, etc.). This would substantially augment
efficiency in global knowledge exchange." WM

"A user-friendly web-portal for Knowledge-Seekers to identify and select matching
Knowledge Supply offerings from Tutors (i.e. teachers, educators, professors,
trainers, instructors, Subject Matter Experts, etc.) would exponentially augment
