3. Label Application / Barcode Printing on On-line mode and application of the same
on conveyor belt at / before / after QC test & approval of the Goods.

Print and Apply: System will print and apply the labels on the bottle

4. 2D Matrix Barcode
The label of the bottle will have a 2D matrix Barcode having
following details:
• GS1 Country Code
• GS1 Company Code
• GS1 registered Product Code
• Manufacturing Batch No.
• Manufacturing Date & Time
• Best before usages / Expire date
• Unique Serial No.

5. Shrink Wrap
Bottles will be packed and shrink wrapped.
A label with 2D Barcode will be printed and pasted on shrink Wrap
The Barcode Contains a Unique Shrink Wrap No.
This no. contains all the details of the 2D barcode of all bottles in backend.

6. Shipper Label
Shrink Wraps are Packed in a Shipper.
A shipper label with 2D barcode will be printed and pasted on the shipper.
The 2D Barcode contains a Unique shipper No.
This unique shipper no. contains a Packaging List details in database at backend
as well as in the form of the 2D barcode at all Shrink Wrap.

7. Pallet Label
Once the Shippers are Palletized.
A Unique Pallet label with 2D Barcode will be printed and pasted on the
pallet .
The Unique Pallet No. will contain all the details of Shippers stacked on
it in Database at backend.
