This document describes the rules for a card game called "13 Card Bluff" where players start with 13 cards each and take turns rolling dice to discard cards of the corresponding number from their hand. If a player doesn't have the rolled number, they can either draw a card or bluff by discarding a different card. The winner is the closest to zero cards without a King or Ace, while the loser keeps one of those cards. Several alternative rule ideas are also listed that were deemed too confusing or disadvantageous.
