13. Timothy Mueller Founding Partner – Master Medical Stereolithographer Diagnostic Quality Model Development Group… Who are we? Timothy is a Master Medical Stereolithographer who has forged a significant role in developing the vision and successful implementation of 3D modeling in the medical industry. Tim began his career in medical stereolithographer in 2003 and joined with Nevada Imaging Center in 2005 to further his progress in this discipline. Tim is a co author of “Radiation Exposures during Volume Computed Tomography Scans Utilized to Diagnosis Craniosynostosis” and has contributed to 4 major articles published in various medical journals in the last 5 years. He began his MIS/Network manager career over 15 years ago, and previous to his medical specialty, his expertise was in WAN/LAN systems, creating and installing internet connections to successfully move gigabits of information between divergent locations.
14. Diagnostic Quality Model Development Group… Who are we? Dr. Phillip W Patton CHP, Founding Partner – Associate Professor of Medical Physics University of Nevada Las Vegas Phillip W. Patton received a Bachelor of Science degree in Physics from Augusta College in 1990 and a Masters of Science in Nuclear Physics from the University of Georgia in 1993. Phil then proceeded on to the University of Florida where he earned a second Masters degree, this time in Health Physics, Medical Physics Option in 1998, and a PhD in Medical Health Physics in 2000. Phil is a Certified Health Physicist (2006) and a Licensed Medical Physicist in the states of Arizona and Utah. He has been a professor of health physics at UNLV since 2000. Phil conducts research in a wide variety of medical imaging and cancer treatment projects. His research involves modeling and exploring new methods of imaging and treating cancer in the skeleton. Phil’s work has been extensively published in such professional journals as Health Physics, Radiation Protection Dosimetry, Physics of Medical Biology, the Journal of Nuclear Medicine, and Medical Physics. These publications represent a great deal of breadth in research with focuses in modeling, nuclear medicine, imaging technology, imaging analysis, experimental cancer treatments, experimental diagnosis techniques for a wide variety of medical conditions including Parkinson’s disease, Alzheimer’s disease, multiple sclerosis, and bone and prostate cancer.

Michael has been a brand marketing and business development professional for more than 25 years. He has successfully developed new business activities and divisions for Fortune 50 companies such as The Coca-Cola Company, Borden Foods, and Anheuser Busch, as well as starting the U.S. division of a British Collectible Toy Company. He has successfully sold and marketed products in all business sectors, Public, Private and Government, and led sales teams in excess of 60 people in 10 countries around the world, working successfully in both Europe and Asia. He has a strong ability to develop long term vision for a company, determine the strategic direction to accomplish the vision, as well as being able to focus on objectives and tactics to drive day to day results in the business. Previous to being a founding partner of DQMDG, he was responsible for a $40 million dollar region in Texas of a $1 Billion dollar Education company.
