HAVE A SKILLS MATRIX Demonstrating your skills in order of stregth is a great way to make your CV easy to read and easy to navigate through. Create a skills matrix list or table to show this with a category of how much experience you have.

- 7. 1 PAGE. TOO LITTLE 10 PAGES. TOO MUCH 2-3 PAGES. PERFECT TIP #6. NOT TOO LONG, NOT TOO SHORT Big documents take longer to download, 1 page gives you not enough space to really sell yourself. Go for the sweet spot 2-3 page CVs

NOT TAILORING THE CV TO THE JOB Forgetting to tweak your CV per job means you are not being specific enough, if you are going to bother to apply- you may aswell try harder by tweaking your CV. If you don't give a crap, you clearly don't want the job that bad, and it is pretty obvious to the person reading it.
