The document outlines the scheme of teaching and examination for an M.Tech program in VLSI Design and Embedded Systems. It lists the subjects offered each semester along with the teaching hours, duration of exams, and marks distribution. There are 6 subjects per semester with 4 hours of lectures and 2 hours of tutorials or practicals per week for each. Exams are 3 hours long and contribute 100-150 marks, with internal assessments worth 50 marks. A mini project and seminar in the 4th semester are assessed for 50 marks. The total marks for each semester are 1500.
