生產力方法中,將實驗歷程記錄在自己的部落格,最後證實有效的幾乎只有一半。
其中生產力的試驗,包括連續好幾個星期只睡極少時間或整夜不睡;明明是個夜貓子,
卻連續三個月每天早上五點半起床;完全不碰咖啡因和糖;一周工作 90 小時;與人群隔
離整整十天;每天只用一小時的智慧型手機,長達三個月,以及增加十磅的肌肉量等,
並監控每個試驗所帶來對生產力的關係和影響。
最後作者在書中歸納出 25 個挑戰 ( 方式 ) ,提供給大家去嘗試,如何在工作和生活各方
面提升生產力
