First, my condolences for the TRAGEDY that struck your country on last week in regards to the
SHOOTINGS and BOMBING. My name is Vogel Newsome. While I was born in Germany, I am a United
States Citizen - father served in the U.S. Military.
I was deeply moved and disturbed by the BOMBING and SHOOTINGS last week because it seemed so
senseless. Nevertheless, I thought it necessary to contact you and share my concerns as to NOT BELIEVING
this was the act of ONLY one man (Anders Behring Breivik), but may be the acts of the United States
Government which may have used "Breivik" as a FRONT.

On the recent News here in the United States, it mentioned that "Breivik" said that there are more people (i.e.
TERRORIST Cells) like him - that share his beliefs. What United States President Barack Obama, the United
States Government and its legal counsel (i.e. which may include a law firm by the name of Baker Donelson
Bearman Caldwell & Berkowitz, PC [“Baker Donelson”]) did not know was that on our website, I would be
addressing the United States' TERRORIST/SUPREMACIST/RACIST Regime and its attacks not only on its
OWN citizens (i.e. in its carrying out of 9/11 - this was NOT the acts of Osama Bin Laden but appears to be
that of the United States Government) but on Foreign Nations as well to INSTILL FEAR in its Citizens and
to provide the United States with an EXCUSE to engage its allies to join in WARS against weaker
Nations/Countries such as Afghanistan, Iran and Iraq BASED ON LIES/FALSE reports! The MOTIVE
being was the United States GREED to go in and STEAL and GAIN CONTROL of the resources (i.e. oil,
gold, coal, diamonds, jewels, etc.) of these countries. However, to the United States DISAPPOINTMENT, its
wars have been met with OPPOSITION and it is losing these wars at the PRICE/COSTS of not only LIVES of
innocent people but EXCESSIVE amounts of monies that the United States does not have. Therefore, the

Under the Newsome v. Goliath Tab, I address the concerns of the TERRORIST/SUPREMACIST/RACIST
acts of the United States Government. A PowerPoint Presentation was put together to help people
understand how one law firm (Baker Donelson) has been allowed to run the United States Government and
is using TIES/RELATIONSHIPS to the United States Government to carry out TERRORIST attacks not
ONLY against its OWN citizens but those of Foreign Nations/Countries. This document is embedded in the
WEBSITE with the name, "The ROAD That LED To The United States DOWNFALL." I address how
the United States/Baker Donelson appear to be using such FRONTS as "Breivik" to carry out ATTACKS.
The United States Government/Baker Donelson has been STALKING me for OVER 20 Years and doing
everything it can to DESTROY my life - WITHOUT JUSTIFIABLE REASONS! Going as far as to place
FALSE and MALICIOUS information on the Internet that it knew it PAID/BRIBED Government Officials to
put out there. Therefore, RESULTING in the WEBSITE and EVIDENCE to “Counter” and PROVE just how
far the United States will go to destroy one of its “ELITE” Athletes Name and Character for speaking out
against RACISM/DISCRIMINATION and TERRORIST ACTS! The United States Government/Baker
Donelson taking actions AGAINST me to SILENCE me so that information as that enclosed here and on the
Website is NOT shared with the WORLD. I am hoping that information on this WEBSITE will help Norway
understand what is going on. TERRORIST/SUPREMACIST is defined in the PowerPoint Presentation, "The
ROAD That LED To The United States DOWNFALL" and explains how the United States/Baker
Donelson operates under such and have REPEATEDLY used "CELLS" as "FRONTS" to carry out its attacks.
Another PowerPoint Presentation entitled, “HELP BRING THE UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT
CORRUPT OFFICIALS TO JUSTICE . . .” should be on the website in a few days.
In the Norway BOMBING, I thought it was strange that it played out in the News here that such an attack was
similar to the OKLAHOMA Bombing here in the United States:

Who other than the United States Government/Baker Donelson would have ACCESS to such
INTELLIGENCE to carry out an IDENTICAL BOMBING? The Norway BOMBING was "TOO WELL
Executed and Planned" to be that of ONE man. Then Norway's Officials may want to ask themselves while
"Breivik" was intelligent was he BRILLIANT and EDUCATED enough to "plan by HIMSELF" such a
HORRIFIC act? NO! There appears to have been help. Ask yourself, “WHY would hours/days PRIOR
would "Breivik" UPDATE Profile information on his Computer?” This appears to me to be a
FRAMING/HANDIWORK by a TERRORIST/SUPREMACIST/RACIST Regime like the United States
Government/Baker Donelson. "Breivik" may not know anything about updating his profile - again this appears
to be a SET-UP/FRAME job. From the News, many sources that knew "Breivik" said it was out of his
character and found it hard to believe that he could do something so HORRIFIC. Does "Breivik"
remember ANYTHING about these incidences? If NOT, then is it possible “Breivik” may have been
placed under HYPNOSIS to carry out the SHOOTINGS and ACCOMPLICES carried out the BOMBING? -
Norway may want to put together (if possible) a TIMEFRAME of "Breivik's" alleged acts and interview
people who may have seen him and provide knowledge of his behavior (i.e. since such acts appears to be out-
of-character for "Breivik"). “Why would a person committing such a HORRIFIC Crime lay down weapon
and/or appear that he was waiting for authorizes to arrive and take him (i.e. without resistance)
Norway Officials may want to look into Norway's relations with the United States - i.e whether Norway and
the United States may have DISAGREED on some things recently that the United States was NOT pleased
with. Is there anything that recently occurred between the United States and Norway that would make the
United States want to RETALIATE against Norway and its Leaders?
Is it a COINCIDENT that a WEEK PRIOR there were approximately THREE BOMBINGS in India? I
don't think so! There appears to be a CONNECTION! I believe such attacks were those having United States
involvement. India being a Country which thrives in GOLD, DIAMONDS, JEWELRY, etc. and clearly has
United States interest. Notice that NOBODY (i.e. No TERRORIST Group) has taken
RESPONSIBILITY for these Bombings in India. Of course, I say get the United States out of India and
most likely "THE BOMBINGS will STOP!" In this matter, it appears the United States is attempting to
make it appear that there are TENSIONS between India and Pakistan. That there is UNREST with Muslims

Norway may want to REQUEST and/or BEGIN an INVESTIGATION into the United States 9/11 Attacks as
well as the ALLEGED/SUPPOSED "Killing of Osama Bin Laden." Have Norway Leaders seen ANY
PROOF or EVIDENCE that 9/11 was carried out by Osama Bin Laden? Have Norway
Officials seen ANY PROOF or EVIDENCE that Osama Bin Laden was killed on or about May 1, 2011?
NO! We are supposed to just take the WORD of a CORRUPT United States Government who in itself is a
TERRORIST/SUPREMACIST/RACIST Regime that has been allowed to go on way to long in its carrying
out of CRIMES against Foreign Nations/Countries and remain UNPUNISHED.

Government noticed that since the United States Government was FORCED to "KILL
THE LIE" about Osama Bin Laden, it has not heard too much about AL QAIDA? Now
it appears the United States Government may be targeting and taking "HOSTAGE" individuals (i.e. such as
"Breivik") and using them as FRONTS to carry out further TERRORISTIC acts.
