Prophet Muhammad's final sermon took place in 9 AH in the Uranah Valley of Mount Arafat, where he imparted 14 important lessons. Some of the key messages were to treat all Muslim lives and property as sacred, to avoid usury and interest, to be respectful and kind to women, and to see all mankind as equal regardless of race or ethnicity. The Prophet reminded Muslims that they are one brotherhood responsible for their deeds and that no new faith or prophet will come after him, leaving behind the Quran and his example as guides.
