1. Stock Market News and Analysis:
Benchmark indices traded bullish to close at new life time high on account of buying
action seen after the data of manufacturing PMI released. It rose to 52.5 in March,
from 50.7 in February. This is the third month in a row that it has been above the 50
mark that separates growth from contraction, suggesting the world's fastest growing
major economy has largely recovered from PM Modi's decision in November to ban
high-value currency notes. Nifty closed the day at 9263.25.Realty stocks were the
major gainers of the day while IT stocks were the losers for the day.

 Tata Motors announced that its fully owned subsidiary named TAL Manufacturing,
has received 'CE' certification for the Made-in-India robot 'BRABO' for its
commercial sale in Europe.
 Shares of Delta Corp rallied and hits new high on the back of huge trading volumes as
the company’s promoters released pledge on 22 lakh stocks on March 31.
 Bajaj Auto reported total sales of 272197 units against 305800 units for the same
month last year. The domestic sales aggregated to 169279 units tanks 17.13 percent
against 204281 units for the same month last year.
 Offshore IT companies to bleed as computer programmers may no longer be
welcomed in the US.
 Shares of breweries & distilleries companies such as United Spirits, Radico Khaitan,
Associated Alcohols & Breweries and Globus Spirits have fallen by up to 8% on the
BSE in otherwise strong market after the Supreme Court order banning sale of liquor
along the national and state highways.
 SBI reduced its base rate by 15 basis points to 9.10 percent with effect from April 1,
2017.

2.  Reliance Industries shares moved higher after Reliance Jio Infocomm a subsidiary of
RIL, on Friday said it had notched an unprecedented 72 million paid subscribers, and
extended by a fortnight its deadline for migrating other subscribers to its paid offer.
