Place out markers, post-its, (decide final number and place out balls/vases).

Arrange flipcharts in story zone. Other material collected at end of project
session in 2-3 boxes.

Photograph each project - problem, solution, action, story and participant
list (business cards in Vase plus list?). Create powerpoint summary with 4
slide template. Camscanner app.

Move people into montreal and foyer and back again etc for all breaks.
Listen to Whatsapp and announcements for breaks. Move speakers etc to
speaker zone in montreal.

Liaise with speaker hosts/host and photographer to update showreel
during the day, prepare summary of morning sessions, project feedback
winners. Thomas Brenzikofer/Doug Haggstrom to give direction and
provide template.

Meet and greet patients - make sure that they are comfortable - know
where to be – speakers corner - collate votes from patients for the project
work and feedback to powerpoint hero and project reporting hero.

Write short article on experience of the day. Published on dayone.swiss.
