Pre-fill vases, fill balloons, flipcharts (possible), create 24 x packs for the
project areas including post-its, markers etc

during the day, prepare summary of morning sessions, project feedback

Meet and greet patients - make sure that they are comfortable - know
where to be – speakers corner - collate votes from patients for the project
work and feedback to powerpoint hero and project reporting hero.
