nutrition, physical activity, social & spiritual
connections to conceive a baby & during pregnancy

● Folic acid, iodine, iron, zinc (what foods
can these come from?)
● Reduce caffeine
● No alcohol or Tobacco or soft cheese or
shellfish
● Seek medical advice eg fish & medicines
