ideas on how to promote your new Christmas drink,
The Gingerbread Latte
After a lot of research and thought into your brand, we
decided that the digital platform we would choose to
promote your product would be Email Marketing.
Designing the email for you was a long and thoughtful
process. We wanted to create something that stood out
to customers in their email account and something that
would allow an element of Christmas spirit.
We decided on the black background and gold glitter to
give a festive theme to the email. The white text
provides a contrast and allows the writing to be
prominent on the page.

We decided to add an element of fun to the email by
creating a quiz which would provide a unique code for
receivers to present to a barista at their local store, and
receive a small gingerbread latte free of charge.
We want to ensure that our emails are personal to your
customers by only sending it to members of your
Starbucks rewards scheme and so incorporating their
name into the email and their points balance.
One of the main objectives we hope to achieve is that
we can ultimately get people to try the new Christmas
flavour and spread the word so others go into
Starbucks café’s and buy it themselves.
We also are confident that this email will make people
visit Starbucks and try the gingerbread latte rather than
go to competing brands, such as Costa Coffee, and for
them to convince others to do the same.
We hope that you are just as enthusiastic as us about
our idea and that you agree and believe that this could
provide some excellent responses.
The advantages of using this digital platform massively
overtake the negatives and will be cost effective and
massively profitable for you as a brand.
