BUSINESS OUTLINE
CNM Contractors CC was established in 2013 to primarily focus on building, capentry, tilling,
welding, civil works, road construction, sewerage maintenance, fibre glass installation and
maintenance both for private and public sector. CNM Contractors takes pride in having
young namibian male as its Managing Director and is hundred percent namibian owned. The
senior executive acquired extensive and valuable experience as well as the skills to operate
in the industry
EMPOWERMENT
One of our focuses as a company is to empower the previously disadvantaged individuals by
giving them an opportunity to acquire experience and develop their skills through our
business so they can ultimately reach their fullest potential. We do believe in equal
opportunities, hence, we give opportunities to both male and female so as to not only build
them, but share different skills and expertise to further grow the business. Very soon we will
offer technikon students an opportunity to do their practical training in our business where
we nurture them and employ the raw post matriculates that are still looking for their passion
or doing a year of their lives.

Management
I, Mr Charles George Goliath is the Managing Director of CNM Contractors CC, having over
9 years of experience in the Fibre glass and civil works industry. I also worked on special
projects such as the Dundee Precious Metals Tsumeb Sulphuric Acid and Gas Cleaning
Plant to install fibre glass FRP Pipes Trekkopje water treatment Plant installation of FRP
Pipes ,Skorpion zinc mine FRP maintenance, to name a few.
