1. Introduction
-----------------------------
SMPPCLi is a command line SMPP (Short Message Peer-to-Peer) client runs
under Windows
(XP, Vista, 7/8, 2003/2008/2012 Server) which enables making GSM SMS
messages.

2. Major features
-----------------------------
1. Simple, easy to use.
2. You can set SMPP server IP address, port, username, password,
sender, receiver phone number and text locale from the command line.
Freeware edition of SMPPCli limits text message with 10 characters and can
be run only
one instance at a time.
3. System requirements
------------------------------
1. A Windows system with at least 2048 MBytes of RAM.
2. Microsoft.NET Framework v2.0 (Min.)
4. Installing and Uninstalling
------------------------------
To install SMPPCli, create a directory; extract SMPPCli.zip contents to that
directory.
To uninstall SMPPCli, simply remove the installation directory.
5. Running
------------------------------
1. Create SMPPCli.ini in the installation directory. You can place
SMPPCli.ini to a directory
which is in search path of your environment.
2. Run SMPPCli from command line with the destination number:
C:SMPPCli>smppcli 02135551122 -u 02125551010 -d
testserver.com:2775 -m "This is a test message"
3. A message indicating result of the SMS send operation will be
displayed to the console.

You can overwrite ini file parameters using command line switches:

Originator address will be set as 02125551010 and message will be sent to
SMPP server at
testserver.com TCP port 2775. Command line switches;
-u : Username
-p : Password
-n : Display Name (Called ID)
-d : SMPPServerAddress:Port
-s : System Type (Optional, default SMPP)
-l : Logging [0|1|2|3]
-e : Send SMS in Unicode format (UCS2-ISO/IEC-10646)
-m : Text to send
Sample : C:Program Filessmppcli 02135551122 -u 5551010 -m "This
is a test message"
Freeware version supports maximum 10 characters in an SMS.
