Editor's Notes

  1. Here the trainer will ask a the Trainee as Who are you and let them say something about themselves and create a discussion, then show them the LEADER part and boost them that they are Leaders and not a comman man that’s why they are here and make them say it few times in a loud voice, then move to second slide
  2. Asking them Why they are here with a discussion gives various replies. … then show learn and understand new things in training is your task here
  3. Again a discussion on why me and then show Because you are the best and well deserved ones…
  4. Then discussion by Trainer on there strength and if time permit do SWOT analysis, than show them yes, saying that you know yourself
  5. Here you write the Brand name or companies name, so will repeat the tag lines some will say good things about there compny. Than you show them the my identity and the trainee can relate himself with the brand or company. As he will be identified as an individual working with such and such brand in coming times..
  6. 2 way communication- discussion then show working hard
  7. Tell them to think about it and say yes or no with a explaination
  8. Then ask them to work smart by using tools and systematic approach..
  9. Ask them to now look back in mirror to know what they are and how big things they can achieve by looking inside them selves
