Measure & Photo
Appointment
Find a suitable time
and date
This needs to be a hour-long appointment.
There needs to be both a photographer and
measurer present at the appointment.
Always make sure travel time is factored
in for appointments both prior to and
following the appointment.
Confirm sales package
Confirm which package is chosen:
• ONLINE - £650
• TRADITIONAL - £950
• HYBRID - £1250
Make a note on the appointment of which package is chosen.
If someone says they have been offered a discount always confirm with a
manager before agreeing to the discount.

If these are not c omp lete we c annot mark et the p roperty.
Confirm package choice
Confirm that they still want to go ahead with the chosen
package, there is always a chance you can boost someone up to
a higher package.
Explain the benefits of the next package up.
