Wiki概念:「開放、分享、合作」
•Wiki是一種在網路上開放、可供多人協同創作的超文字系統。

•其特色在於鼓勵使用者進行編輯,並不限制使用者是否有帳號,
允許任何人在社群中的內容進行編輯與修改。


•修改文字內容不需動用到網頁程式設計的觀念,相當直覺。

增加40%以上

根據問卷調查,70%以上的受訪者認為期望回報的誘因設計對知識分
享意願是有幫助的。而研究結果顯示,期望回報對於使用者知識分
享的行為有正向的影響。
增加聲譽的誘因設計,46.7%的使用者並不買帳,因此對於使用者知
識分享行為之影響並不顯著。

研究顯示,當個人擁有利他主義的特質時,其知識分享行為亦較為
顯著。

網站的獨特宗旨對於知識分享的意願有顯著正向的影響。
