team,doingwhatevertasksare requiredtodeliveratopclass service toour customers.Thismight
one day involve sittingatyourdesk workingwithteam andthe nextdayvisitingasite to advise on
theirIT systems.The one thingforsure isthat it will notbe dull!

SpecificResponsibilities
Responsibilitieswill include:
 Needtowork inData Center(TechnoParkLintasarta,Tangerang) withclientteamandprovide
communicationwithIndiateamandIndonesiateamwhileneededwhichisrequirementbasisonly.
 Needtosit inoffice andworkfor IT and infrafromoffice whichispermanenttask.VisitingtoData
centerwill be onlywhenneeded.
 Monitoringand visitingsitestotroubleshootproblemsthatcan’tbe fixedremotely.
 Maintaininga highdegree of customerservice forall supportqueries.
 Taking ownershipof ITproblemsandbeingproactive whendealingwithuserissues.
 Out‐of‐hoursworkingwillsometimesbe necessary.
Essential Requirements
 Basic knowledge of Linux basedserveranddesktopoperatingsystems,networksandoffice
systems.Familierwithserversandtheirmountingtoracks.
 Installationof OS,maintance,troubleshooting,LAN,VLAN,Switches,Routers,Hubs.
 Excellentcommunicationskills(telephoneandface toface).Beingable tocommunicate in Bahasa
and ‘plainEnglish’isatleastasimportantas goodtechnical skills
 Previousexperience infirstorsecondline ITSupport
 The abilitytolearnquickly –we don’texpectyouto be an expertnow,butwe wantyou to
become one quickly!
