Celebrate what is already “in” JMU to expand the talent base and realize even greater success.    - acclaimed faculty in studios and classrooms      - visual and performing arts facilities     - special housing community for artists    - undergraduate centered university     - opportunities to create, research,                    exhibit & perform    - a sense of mission to “Be the Change”

Enhance existing university relationships, develop students’ leadership potential and broaden the curriculum to develop well-rounded artists. - greater alumni networking - a student leadership council incorporating recruiting teams and event hosts-integrated arts electives

Offer opportunities for students to experience the healing and connecting power of artistic endeavors.-recruiting should portray the priorities of JMU’s CVPA- alternative artistic spring break - semesters and intensives abroad - partner ventures with Rosetta Stone toaccomplish an international impact

Establish an e-presence featuring coaching sessions by JMU faculty members, in JMU studios, aimed at providing instruction to enhance the education of students of the arts in high schools everywhere.

It would be an honor to return to my alma mater in the position of CVPA Portfolio, Audition and Recruiting Coordinator. I look forward to the opportunity to offer further evidence of my qualifications, reputation and vision.
