Even though she is very happy at her current
position she still keeps up to date with
information about the most recent
developments in her field.

She started with a degree as a biochemical analysist and is
currently the director at the AOC Twente in Enschede.
Her internal drive and motivation to keep learning resulted in a
career path with visible progress. It provided means to find a fit.
Her education provided the basis for being a resource for an
institution. Additional programs and courses provided the shift
from seeing an institution as a resource, to being one for the
institution.
