 Need Assessment Survey: a dip-s ck survey gives an idea of stakeholder
communityneeds
 Project Design: Use a Result-based framework that aligns with Corporate
Strategy since this brings together responsibility, accountability and employee
volunteerism
 Risk Analysis: Every client needs to know how to iden fy, mi gate and manage
risks that are associated with project and developed a calibrated risk
managementmatrix
 Budget Alloca on: Based on Needs Assessment, clients need to develop
specific projects and ac vi es and accordingly allocate budgets for their
implementa on
 Monitoring: All CSR ac vi es need to be treated as independent project with
periodic monitoring, evalua on and also conduct Impact Assessment to ensure
compliancewithallocatedbudgets
 Stakeholder Engagement: Iden fica on of stakeholders and their issues &
concernsisextremelycri caltodevelopanengagementplan
 CSR Report: Clients need to develop a mechanism that CSR projects and
ac vi es are documented to make regular reports that are updated on website
andpublishedtogetmediaa en on
The en re process of CSR Policy Design & Development includes colla on of
informa on, analysis and presenta on aimed at helping clients get desired results
with op mal use of resources. We strive to design clients CSR projects and ac vi es
to be in alignment with their corporate strategy and try to make them ethical,
transparent, socially relevant and in compliance with Government regula ons to
findacceptancewithbeneficiaries.
Clients: In pursuit of the CSR Policy & Strategy, we have worked on following

a. East Coast Energy Pvt. Ltd - 2x1320 MW coal-fired super-cri cal power plant in
Srikakulam District, Andhra Pradesh. Have been working with the Project Team in
development, implementa on, monitoring & documen ng CSR projects since May
2012&bringoutanannualCSRreportfrom2013
b. Athena Chha sgarh Power Limited - 2x 600 MW coal-fired power plant in
Janjgir-Champa District, Chha sgarh. Working with CSR team in development,
implementa on, monitoring & documen ng CSR projects since June 2012 & bring
out an annual CSR report from 2013. Had their CSR projects independently audited
forSocialImpactAssessmentbyTataIns tuteofSocialSciences
c. Raju Vegesna Founda on - private CSR arm of the Chairman - Sify Technologies.
Responsible for developing their CSR report and website for the Founda on - went
around all project sites mee ng beneficiaries & understanding impact of their CSR
interven ontobringouttheirannualreport
d. Trimex Sands Pvt. Limited - heavy mineral mining company in Srikakulam
District, AP. Developing their CSR report for projects & ac vi es from 2009-15 &
