. Thuraya was born in Beirut Lebanon
and is a Graduate of the School of
Business of the American University
of Beirut where she pursued her
studies in Masters of Business. She
worked in Lebanon in the banking
sector and later moved to manage
family business in Lebanon.
. Thuraya founded Live’ly® in 2005 in
Dubai after a personal experience in
weight loss.

5. Delivery and cooler bags
Yourfresh meals are delivered to you in a
cooler bag daily from live’ly at your home
or work either in the evening (food for the
following day) or in the morning – before
lunch - (food for the same day). There is
no ‘specific’ time for delivery; delivery is
made with in a cycle and is subject to
changes in timing due to many factors.

Program?
It’s a comprehensive program of nutrition awareness and
education, food catering and meal program discounts to
