4. #2 Higher Judicial Services
Directly appointed as additional District Judge
Qualification: Must be an advocate of not less than 07 years' continuous practices as on the
date fixed for submitting application forms.
Age Limit: 35 years - 45year ( may vary state wise/caste wise)
5. # 3 Directly become a Judge from Advocate: ELEVATION
1. Judge of the High Court
2. Judge of the Supreme Court
6. 1. Judge of the High Court through Elevation
Experience:
● Should hold a judicial office in the territory of India for ten years or,
● should have been an advocate(or higher court in succession) of a high court
for ten years
7. 1. Judge of the Supreme Court
● Should have been a judge of a high court(or higher court in succession) for
five years
● He should have been an advocate of the high court (or higher court in
succession) for ten years.
