Broadly speaking, there are two methods of promoting good public relations in a hospital.

Operative methods are essentially connected with almost every aspect of
hospital’s operations, including those which are carried out by such
workmen as telephone operators, admission clerks etc. The three
fundamental ingredients of a hospital’s operations are :
