Excellence Award Incentive
• Performance will be measured by getting the
average % achievement in peso and unit targets.
• CATCH UP RULE: For the sales that will fail to hit
their monthly target/s but will be able to meet the
total 6 months target of the promo period (Jan-
June) the full/max cash award will still be awarded
less any released cash incentive/s awarded to
them.
• Announcement of winners and awarding of the cash
incentives will be made on the 3rd
week of each
month
• Accumulated actual sales will be net of cancelled
sales at the time of processing of incentive, and is
based on net of RVAT price.
• Net of Withholding Tax
