Vehicle Stability Assist (VSA).† Standard
on every Element, VSA employs sensors
to monitor for oversteer or understeer.
It adjusts brake pressure at each wheel
and/or reduces engine power to help
restore the vehicle to its intended path.

* Honda reminds you and your passengers to always buckle up. Children 12 and under are safest when properly restrained in the rear seat.
† VSA is not a substitute for safe driving. It cannot correct the vehicle’s course in every situation or compensate for reckless driving.
Control of the vehicle always remains with the driver.
Unit-body construction. Incorporating front and rear
crumple zones, the Element’s chassis is designed to
minimize the amount of crash energy entering the
passenger compartment. Side-impact door beams help
provide enhanced structural protection and help reduce
the likelihood of cabin intrusion.
