A. Introduction
Teamlooking for MIS help to reduce daily hours on reporting distributors and HO
team. In current scenario, team sending weekly report. Now they are looking for
automat system to send email on daily basis.
B. Process FlowDiagram - Current
Currently team practicing following steps to send data on week basis:
1) Download data from local System
2) Do format and sorted data distributor wise.
3) Email sorted data to every distributor
4) Email compile data HO person

Teamlooking for automated systemto send email each distributor and HO person
regular.
Teamsuggested following steps to do automation
1) Teamdownload data from local System
2) Do format and upload data on esalesindia portal
3) Esalesindia portal do automated sorting and
4) Email data to each distributor and HO person
D. Functional requirements& ProcessLogic
To fulfill requirement, requested steps can be fulfill and process can be set as auto
email scheduler from server.
Teamuploading data into MS Excel format and data present in two excel sheet.
Currently this project design on SSRS reporting tool.
As per past experience, SSRS functionality not available to create sheet wise excel file.
In this project 2-3 hours will be scheduled for finding solution on create sheet wise
excel file, if not solution find then program will create two different MS Excel file and
email as per scheduled.
E. Additional Requirements
Teamasking for following additional requirements
1) Selected columns data only send to distributor and HO person by uploaded
data
2) In subject line of every email, team required date and distributor name
