TUGAS BEDAH SKL UN SMP 2013 
PROCEDURE TEXT 
NAMA : Lilia Damayanti 
Sekolah : SMP Darul Arqom 
Ginger Fish 
Ingredient: 
One black Tilapia fish 
Half teaspoon of salt 
Half tablespoon of corn flour 
One cup of oil 
2 cm ginger (chopped) 
Two tablespoons of soy sauce 
Two tablespoons of water 
A pinch of sugar 
Method: 
1. Clean the fish. Wipe it dry with a paper towel. 
2. Rub salt and corn flour all over it. 
3. Heat up the oil in the wok. 
4. lid the fish in. After three minutes, turn the fish over. Remove it when it is golden brown. 
5. Leave about one tablespoon of oil in the wok. Fry the chopped ginger until it is fragrant. 
6 . Add in the soy sauce, sugar and water. 
7. Pour the gravy over the fish.
