2. Frantz Fanon
• Frantz Fanon was born in
1925 and Died in 1961
• He was a French
Psychiatrist and
Revolutionary thinker .
• Fanon believed that
violent revolution is the
only means of ending
colonial repression and
cultural trauma in the
Third World.

3. Psychology
• Psychology is an academic and applied
discipline that involves the scientific study of
mental functions and behavior.

4. Frantz Fanon’s Psychology
• "I have no wish to be the victim of the Fraud of a black world.
My life should not be devoted to drawing up the balance sheet of Negro
values.
• There is no white world, there is no white ethic, any more than there is
a white intelligence.
• There are in every part of the world men who search.
I am not a prisoner of history. I should not seek there for the meaning
of my destiny.
I should constantly remind myself that the real leap consists in
introduction invention into existence.
• In the world through which I travel, I am endlessly creating myself."

5. Why white people are so afraid of black
men:
Black men are seen as being way
less moral.
White men fear they will take white
women from them.

6. • Black man has wrong belief about human
body.
• Among white men there is difference in the
size of human palsies, according to human
races. It is cowling from the homosexuality.
• It is also not the fact that
“Once you go black you never go white”
“Black man has aura of sensuality”
• According to some Prostitutes all men are
pretty same in bed.

7. • Although white woman are afraid of black
man. Here fanon gives example of second
world war, that when white woman are asked
to dance by black man they frighten and
shrink.
• The extreme matter is that black man himself
are fear for their body and animalistic
expression of it. Jews have fear too when
violence was turned on none can castrate
them.

8. • Blacks are also seen as morality dark.
• Blacks were born with original sin, whites
were born pure.
• Here he notes his own experience. When fanon
grew up and mother would tell him,
“ stop acting like a nigger”.
• Black are being evil, dark & dirty.
• While uses black as Scapegoats They imagine
blacks as down morality.
