2. What Happened at the 2015 Tour
de France?
• Chris Froome, competing for team Sky, won.
• After his victory data was released on Twitter
regarding his physiological functions mid-race.
• The data stirred up controversy, as Froome’s
performance appeared unnatural, which
spurred accusations of doping.

3. What’re the Major Issues?
• There are two issues that need to be discussed
and debated regarding Froome and the Tour
de France.
• First is the obvious issue, was Froome doping,
and can this be definitively answered?
• Second, was Sky/Froome’s reaction to the data
leak, and whether or not it was appropriate or
necessary.
