This document compares dining customs and non-verbal communication between Spain and Venezuela. It notes that Venezuela is less punctual about time for meals than Spain but still maintains schedules. Coffee is always drunk in Venezuela whereas bread is eaten with every meal in Spain. Elegant clothes are expected in Venezuela but not necessarily in Spain. Some foods are eaten with hands in Venezuela but never in Spain. Non-verbal communication in the author's country includes kissing someone twice to greet a girl and waving with an open hand to greet a man.
