Bango's January 2009 data also showed India among the top three after the UK and the USA in mobile web browsing  Mobile Web usage in India surged ahead 167 percent in January 2009 compared to the same month of 2008, according to a recent report published by Opera  Close to 90 million mobile subscribers have Internet- capable mobile phones
