Propose Decision processes for the network
• Propose 5 kinds of decision process adapted to the most important issues of an
international community radio network
• Issues like : the nature of the network (alliance, advocacy group or professional
network?), the common website (showcase site, aggregator site or new media?),
the management of such a network (rotating executive committee?), etc.
• Decision process like : simple majority vote, 2/3 vote, qualified majority vote,
consensus, unanimity, non decision, external consultation, arbitration, etc.
• Important note : You shall use different decision process according to the issue.
