Here we have Nick. A first year RD who is just beginning his first year post grad school at NVC - Napa Valley University A Mid-sized public institution. He has a staff of 15 spread out across 2 buildings. 4 of his RA’s are first time Sophomore students. Even though they have to manage their peers things have been going good this year so far.
Two of the girls on his staff Stephanie and Jessica are especially close and very good friends.
Recently more and more ICF’s have been coming in with RA’s complaining that the residents are giving constant backtalk and showing an open disregard for their peer’s authority. Jess comes to Nick’s office to have a conversation with him.
