 Achieved increase in the revenue by 17 lacs rupees per year.
 Prepared two new SOPs for the most critical equipment
(induction furnace).
 It included installing and commissioning of AC motor and

successfully completed the project of “Reducing the power
consumption per metric ton of production.”
 Achieved a reduction in power consumption from 245
Kwh/ton to 237 Kwh/ton which resulted in the saving of 51
lacs rupees per year.
 Reduced the operation cost through Open Access Scheme.
 Plant lighting replaced by LED lights with zero investment by
plant through IOT (Install operate and transfer) scheme.

system and DSL busbar installation.
