Life Coaching -Don’t LEARN from MISTAKES
You will never be SUCCESSFUL in life, if you keep
learning from MISTAKES. Everywhere you hear people
saying that, but the truth is if you keep looking at
mistakes you will never grow. It is like asking you to
look at BAT and think of CAT. How can you look in the
mistake of your past and think of doing it better in
future? You can only do it better when you look at
doing it better, not at what went wrong in the past.
If you are participating in a race and just before
starting of race if you recall your past race in which you
didn’t do well, then what could be the outcome of this
race – it will be quite obviously poor. Instead if your
past experience was good and you recall that incidence
where you outperformed, then I am sure your this
performance would be much better than your previous

perform.
Relationship Coaching
I am sure every one of us wants to have good
relationship and would love to be known or termed as
good human being. Then what goes wrong? Do you
think if we get connected to other person or have good
relationship we can really do good in life?
The essence to build a strong and long lasting
relationship is to LISTEN silently. These are two words
“LISTEN & SILENT” with same alphabets, different
meaning but strongly connected to each other. That
doesn’t mean that you should not express your views,
after theirs rest is all yours. In today’s world we find
more of broken relationships, why? The reason is no
one has time to listen.
Look at the situation now, we don’t find time to speak
to our family members. In Dubai, I know a working
couple married for more than 7 years, living together
but meet only on weekends. I am sure many such cases
are there in your knowledge too. We don’t have time
to talk and build relationship with people around us
but we have hundreds and thousands of friends on
Facebook.
Parenting

3. During Parents-Teachers meet after every term,
generally we can see parents concerned only on how
much marks their kid score and why he did not come
first in their class. One uniformity in all the parents is
their desire to see their kid as no.1 in the class. I
wonder if every kid will come first then who will come
last.
Biggest mistake in parenting is doing comparison, we
as parent always keep comparing our kids not only in
mind but repeatedly keep making those statements to
them. Do we realize that we are ruining their initiative
and uniqueness by comparing them with others, we
unknowingly are shaping them to be followers not as
leaders?
I know it would be very difficult to digest coz you
believe that comparison motivates them to do better,
Correct! I completely disagree with you. Imagine your
spouse comes and always keeps talking high about
other person, comparing you with the other person. In
short time, you will develop a jealous frame of mind
and wait for opportunity to prove the other person
wrong instead of doing productive acts to raise
yourself up.
SME’s has to Earn more Profits

4. SME’s are the backbone of every economy, they
contribute to society in a big way by providing ample
employment opportunities to people within their
locality. Studies state that more than 40% of the SME’s
are at the verge of closure before their third year of
completion, any guess what could be the reason?
Most of the SME’s are operating as one man show,
there are few reasons that is uniform across the globe,
which I arrived after a decade of research on it.
There is a simple rule for SME to succeed which is63

6hours a day x 6 days a week x 6 months and you will
see how your profits increase.
