1. In gebouwen worden meerdere communicatieprotocollen gebruikt die allemaal hun eigen voor- en nadelen hebben. Welk protocol moet ik kiezen?

Tririga is the Facility Management Software of IBM. SWYCS data will be integrated in Tririga.
This enables IBM to bring the Tririga product to a new level.
We can feed in actual and historical data from the building and its users in the Tririga platform and develop new and improved services like optimized work processes, generate work orders and pay per use.
SWYCS data is used to feed Watson to do advanced analytics. They use data from multiple sources and that gives deeper insights and valuable conclusions
Analyse power usage
Level 1: actual and historical data.
Next level: combine data from various sources. Traffic information, wheater data, work schedules etc.
Analysis for real estate: there is a hugh potential there: Operations represent over 70% of the real estate cost. But 1/3 of the space is not used.
Data from building equipment and the people inside the building can be used to get better insight: Analyse the occupancy and usage of real estate.
Use aggregated data from housing corporations to analyse the behaviour of tenants. It helps those corporations to improve their services
